Free Summer in the Park Events: Bootcamp Fitness Session

Join us for the free summer Bootcamp fitness sessions led by TOTA Health & Fitness in Exploratory Park. Designed to develop your strength, conditioning and mobility while having fun, these FREE sessions are suitable for all abilities will run for 5 weeks at Friday lunchtimes to help you move better and feel energised.

Classes are free to attend. You can book in advance to secure your spot or simply drop in on the day!

In these classes, Steve from TOTA will coach you exercises to develop your strength, cardiovascular performance through fun formats such as circuits, HIIT and team games.

Enjoy a 45-minute total body workout in the beautiful outdoors and leave exhilarated.
