Retreat Day in Blackheath South East London - located near to the stunning Greenwich Park and with acres of the Heath this is a gorgeous village only 20 minutes from central London by train. There are lovely local independent shops and cafes for you to browse.
Location - All Saints School / Blackheath

9.30am Welcome

9:45am Circuits / Team Games on the Heath

10.45am Break

11.15am Pilates

12.15pm Lunch - provided by a local bakery there will be gorgeous greek pastries, salads and breads as well as some sweet treats and fruit. We are close enough to the village for you to take a short wander around if you wish.

1.30pm Mindfulness Workshop with Vanessa Fagan

2.45pm Yoga with Emma Harris - if the weather is good this will be a gentle flow to end the day taking place on the Heath if not then we will be indoors and Emma will lead you through a gorgeous juicy yin class to end your day.

3.45 - Goodbyes.
