Inner inquiry combines mindfulness practice with introspective self inquiry, allowing you to explore your inner world, beliefs, emotions, and thoughts more deeply. This form of meditation encourages self-awareness and personal insight often leading to greater clarity, emotional release and a deeper understanding of ones true nature.
