Welcome the Summer Solstice, the longest, most magical day of light. This day, the peak of the Sun’s energy, marks a time of new beginnings and reflection. Manifest spiritual transformation and release what no longer serves your purpose or passion. Come celebrate the Sun and it’s illuminating presence in your life. Honor it’s warmth, vibrancy, and the abundance of nature. You will be guided through Yin yoga, with special focus on the Solar Plexus, the Manipura Chakra. Aromatherapy is used throughout for grounding and relaxation. A nourishing, healing, vibrational Sound Bath completes the practice.
