Lohan #3 - Master Rick Wing - Ching Mo

Lohan number 3 will be taught from Master Rick Wing from San Francisco - Ching Mo under Grandmaster Wong Jack Man. Most schools only teach Lohan #1 but Master Wing knows several sets and is going to instruct the third one.
Lohan #3 has many aspects of the foundation of Lohan from many years ago and uses the 4 directions of combat. This is a rare form taught thru the Ching Mo brought here from Grandmaster Wong Jack Man.
This will help any style to understand the center and angle attacks for controlling the fight. Using the different angles to control an opponent.
