This practice is designed for everyone, regardless of your background in yoga or art. We'll begin with gentle, trauma-informed movement that feels more like a mindful exploration than a traditional workout. This simple, guided movement will help you tune into your body's sensations, promoting a sense of ease and grounding.
Following our movement practice, we'll transition into a session of guided meditation and creative journaling. This is where you'll have the opportunity to capture your inner landscape. Forget any pressure to write in full sentences or create a masterpiece. Your journal is a private sanctuary for your thoughts and feelings, a space where you can express yourself authentically through words, doodles, colors, or sketches. It's about letting go and allowing whatever wants to emerge to flow onto the page.
