Join us for a peaceful 2-mile guided walk on the last Wednesday evening of August, celebrating the beautiful summer we’ve shared walking together. Starting high on a magical moorland above Builth Wells and the Wye Valley, we’ll soak in the final rays of the summer evening light. As we walk, you’ll be treated to stunning panoramic views over the valley and beyond.
Our journey will take us to the enchanting Pant y Llyn pool, a serene and secluded spot created by damming two streams during World War II. Today, it’s a haven for wildlife, often frequented by ponies, herons, and other birds. This tranquil place offers a perfect moment to pause, reflect, and enjoy the beauty of nature.
This short walk is a lovely way to close the summer season and reflect on the joy of the past months. It's the perfect opportunity to come together, unwind, and appreciate the landscape as the evening light fades.
