Člani Tria Sideris so absolutni nagrajenci tekmovanja Virtuoso International Music Award v Londonu 🌟 ter prejemniki nominacije za najboljši komorni sestav edicije dotičnega tekmovanja. Med drugimi vidnejšimi dosežki velja izpostaviti še:
🥈 drugo nagrado na tekmovanju New York Classical Music Competition,
🥈 drugo nagrado na tekmovanju Fanny Mendelssohn Music Competition,
🥉 tretjo nagrado na tekmovanju World’s Best Musicians Competition v Varšavi.
Trio deluje od leta 2021 in se posveča neprestanemu raziskovanju, študiju in izpopolnjevanju komornega repertoarja 🎶. Redno nastopajo po priznanih gledališčih in koncertnih dvoranah, med drugim v:
🎼 dvorani Nádor v Budimpešti,
🎼 glavni dvorani Glasbene šole Béla Bartók v Vácu (Madžarska),
🎭 gledališču Ciro Pinsuti v Sinalungi,
⛪ cerkvi sv. Jakoba v Londonu,
🎭 ter v gledališču La Fenice v Benetkah.
Ime Sideris ima latinske korenine in izhaja iz besede sidus, sideris, kar pomeni »zvezda« ✨. Ta beseda je tesno povezana s pomenom glasbe za trio – oddaljena zvezda, včasih nedosegljiva, a vedno stalna in svetla na svoji poti. Sami pravijo, da jih ravno to spodbuja k napredku: »…nenehno hrepenenje po raziskovanju, delu in prizadevanju, ne da bi vedeli, ali bo ta svetla »zvezda« kdaj dosegljiva.«

Trio Siderishas earned top honors in several chamber music competitions, including first prize at the Virtuoso International Music Awards competition in London, and the nomination as best ensemble of the edition; second prize at the New York Classical Music Competition; second prize at the Fanny Mendelssohn Music Competition; and third prize at the World’s Best Musicians Competition in Warsaw. The ensemble, that was founded in Venice in 2021, is committed to continuous research, study and improvement of the chamber music repertoire. Notable performances include concerts held at the Nádor Hall in Budapest, the Main Hall of the Béla Bartók Music School in Vác (Hungary), the Ciro Pinsuti Theater in Sinalunga, St. James’s Church in London, and the Sale Apollinee of the Teatro La Fenice in Venice. In March 2023, after having been selected by the prestigious Stauffer Academy of Cremona, Trio Sideris participated in a masterclass for piano trios held by Mischa Maisky and the Maisky Trio. The name Sideris has Latin roots and derives from the word sidus, sideris, which means star. This word is closely connected to the meaning of music for the trio: a distant star, sometimes unattainable, yet always constant and bright along its path. They themselves say that this is precisely what drives them forward:”…a constant longing for exploration, work, and striving, without knowing whether this bright “star” will ever be within reach.”
