This is a safe and nourishing space for women to reconnect with their bodies through dance, movement, and presence.

🌸 What to expect:
– Somatic and embodiment practices
– Exploration of feminine archetypes (no need to know anything in advance!)
– Expressive choreography + freestyle
– A warm, welcoming circle of like-minded women

💬 You don’t need dance experience — just an open heart and a willingness to move.

We’ll explore different aspects of who we are, through the body — beyond labels like “too much” or “not enough.” This is about letting your truth move through you, with compassion and joy.
