Litha Ritual & Sound Bath

Our Litha Ritual will have a focus on healing and abundance, using the healing energy from the sun and fire as it's symbol. The fire during our ritual will burn away what holds you back from your desires, goals, dreams, so that you can take in the energy for abundance and growth.

**Our mini ritual will include some small subtle participation from everyone (such as passing bowls of water and herbs, and short group speaking parts) so please keep this in mind!
Following our mini–Litha Ritual is a 60-minute Sound Bath so that we may invoke the energy of this Sabbath within ourselves, as well as allow in any healing energies our minds and body's needs.

As always, please be sure to bring anything that will help you be comfortable, such as:

- yoga mat
- pillow
- comfy clothes
- blanket
- eye mask
- etc!
