Join us at Greenbank Sports Centre on Friday, 11th July for a morning of movement, empowerment, and connection with Incurably Wonderful!

11:00am – Landau Tai Chi:
Experience gentle, accessible Tai Chi designed for all abilities. Discover balance, calm, and community in a supportive and welcoming environment.

1:00pm – Warriors Unite:
Connect with fellow “warriors” living with chronic conditions and disabilities. Share stories, build resilience, and celebrate strength together. Fibromyalgia, Chronci Fatigue and Long Covid Warriors wanted

Breaking Barriers, Building Community—come for one session or stay for both!
