Hey mamas! Ready for a morning of movement, laughter, and fun with your littles? We’re partnering with the Livermore Library to bring you a summer series of FREE Stroller Strides classes — and it’s going to be a blast! ☀️🎈

👟 What’s Stroller Strides?
It’s a super fun, energizing workout designed just for moms! We’ll get our heart rates up with strength, cardio, and core exercises — all while keeping those kiddos smiling and engaged in the stroller.

📍 Location: Rincon Library, 725 Rincon Ave, Livermore
🕘 Time: 9:30–10:30 AM

🎒 Bring:
– A stroller (any kind!)
– Water
