Ale-N-Asana @ Timber Waters Brewing

Ale-N-Asana (Yoga at the brewery) is back at Timber Waters Brewing! Join us for this beginner friendly, donation based practice offered by Yoga Therapist Shannon of Mobile OM Wellness. Class is intended to be held outside, however as the temps rise for summer, we may move it indoors. Please bring a mat, water bottle and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Suggested donation is $10-$20 and can be paid by cash or cash app only. Now tell your friends and put it on the calendar NOW!
