Floating litter in our waterways is a problem, especially with plastic waste that may persist for thousands of years in our natural environments. The Town of Babylon deployed the first “Bandalong Little Bandit” in Suffolk County (Long Island, NY) at a Carll’s River Tributary to capture floating items in its river system. Please join us and help the Town tackle its fight against plastic bottles and waste in our waterways!
