Join us for an unforgettable day of movement and stillness as Nepenthe SUP and Laced in Harmony come together for Floating Frequencies—a unique paddleboard meditation and sound bath experience on the serene waters of Hastings Lake.
We’ll begin with a gentle paddle out onto the lake, where we’ll anchor down and lie back on our boards. As the water cradles you, allow the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls to wash over you, guiding you into deep relaxation and energetic alignment.
