Kickboxing Friends: Ages 6-13
Down To Box empowers individuals with special and unique abilities by offering tools to develop coordination, self-defense, and physical fitness through boxing.

The customized curriculum enhances fine and gross motor skills, promoting physical and mental health, while boosting confidence and athletic ability. Weekly classes also serve as a social group, fostering peer engagement and friendships.
