The BRWC will be hosting a canoe tour of the river this Saturday Aug. 16th at 9:30 AM.
The Blackstone River Watershed Council/Friends of the Blackstone will be hosting another two hour guided canoe tour along the scenic and beautiful Blackstone River, this Saturday August 16th, at 9:30 a.m.
Tours leave from the Blackstone River Watershed Council headquarters on 100 New River Road, Lincoln, RI 02865.
Cost is $30 per person. Children under 10 are free. Life jackets, canoes, paddles and instructions are included. There will be a three person maximum per canoe.
Proper water shoes/footwear are required. Hat, water and sunscreen are encouraged. The tour of the river gives you the opportunity to relax and experience the beauty and peacefulness of the Blackstone River and maybe see some wildlife.
