This efficient workout is designed to maximize effectiveness in a shorter amount of time, while still being FUN and Engaging!

Adaptable to different levels, making this class accessible both to beginners and experienced individuals.

The FUSION will also be bringing a variety of styles to work the body. You will NOT get bored ;-)

All you will need for class is a yoga mat and water.
