Summer Reading Program for ages 3-5

The Summer Reading Program “Level Up At Your Library” begins June 4. Please stop to register your child. Children 1st through 6th grade and children three-years-old through kindergarten will be allowed to come in anytime on Wednesday, June 4 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or Thursday, June 5 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. to check out books, DVD’s, music CD’s and magazines. They will receive an activity and snack to go and get credit for attending the first program. Each child will receive an incentive sheet in their bags. The incentive sheet consists of 7 simple activities which are required to be eligible for the bigger prizes. The program dates are June 4 and 5. There is no charge for the program, and everyone is welcome to participate. The Library staff is excited about the Creative Drawing contest for 1st through 6th grade. Get the rules from the library for this activity. A scavenger hunt, miniature golf, guess the Lego’s and bingo activities are planned for some of the activities. Make sure to stop in and see all the nice prizes that will be given away.

On June 4 there will be an Animal Program by Cynthhia and Saige Fallon at 2:00 p.m. at Kitchen Park. Come and see different animals
