Pop Up Midday Zen with The Willow

Take a break at The Willow with Lara. This intimate class offers a chance to pause, move, & reconnect with yourself! All attendees will receive a coupon for Half-Priced Salt Cave Session! Mats and props are provided, and you're welcome to hang out at The Willow before or after to sip, relax, and enjoy the space. Half of proceeds are shared with a local non-profit! A soulful way to support wellness and community! $22
