Grounding, Group Reiki & Guidance with Sandy

This group session, held in the Salt Cave with Halotherapy focuses on energetic grounding techniques. Experience the benefits of halotherapy (salt therapy) while gaining insight and receiving Reiki. This class will guide you through basic grounding techniques helping you stay in the present moment, center your energy, and become more mindful. The 1-hour session also includes a meditation and savasana with Reiki guidance. Sandy is a Reiki Master & Yoga Teacher based in Georgetown, KY.
