On this peaceful evening, we’ll gather in a serene space to quiet the mind and soften into the body. For about an hour, the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls will flow through the room, with gentle rhythms from the drum and the soft patter of the rain drum.

This sound bath is an invitation to align mind and heart, letting go of what feels scattered so you can return to a steady, connected place within yourself. We’ll close with a few moments to ground before stepping back into the world.
