Community Yoga Nidra Meditation

This session honors the yogic principle of Seva, the Sanskrit word for Service. We hope to share the universal benefits of stillness in the salt cave and yoga nidra meditation. Brief, gentle movement is invited at the beginning before we settle into deep relaxation on the salt floor. This is a free session however If it feels appropriate and is within your means to make an offering we thank you!
