Pilates in the Plaza with Audrey Green-Redier

Join Pilates in the City owner Audrey Green-Redier for a free Pilates class Saturday morning, 8-8:45 a.m. in Wayne Ferguson Plaza, 150 W. Church Street.

The class is are open to all skill levels and progress so any level can benefit from the restorative and strength conditioning. Be sure and bring your own mat.
