Tai Chi in the Plaza

Join Lowell Johnson for a free Tai Chi in the Plaza, Saturday morning, 9:30-10:30 a.m. in Wayne Ferguson Plaza, 150 W. Church Street.

The class will include the 16-movement form of Tai Chi which is one of slow, big movement and flowing form which can help relieve the physical effects of stress on the body and mind, promotes balance control, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. No special gear or uniform is required, but participants are encouraged to wear loose comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes.
