Life moves fast—and so do we: Always on the go, constantly plugged in, and juggling too much. Yoga in the Park: Fall Edition offers you a much-needed pause to take a few deep breaths to slow your nervous system down. Designed for our busy, over-scheduled lives, this class blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and restorative poses to support flexibility, balance, and deep relaxation.
Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, variations will be offered so you can honor your body and choose what feels best.
Bring: Your own mat and bottle of water; dress in comfy clothes you can move freely in.
Where: Simard Payne Park (The Lewiston Armory if bad weather)
When: Monday, September 8, 15, 22, & 29, 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
