A Women's Workshop of Reflection, Movement and Inner Connection

Take a break from the noise and come spend some time with yourself-in a space that's all about slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting. This workshop blends personal reflection, mirror work, meditation, and sensual movement to help you check in with where you're at and who you're becoming. We'll ask the real questions, move our bodies in ways that feel good, sit with ourselves in stillness, and practice seeing ourselves with more love and honesty (yes, there will be mirrors-but the kind that heal, not judge). No pressure to be anything but real. Just bring yourself, an open heart, and a journal. Let's reflect, move, breathe, and feel a little more like you again.
