Pop Up: Nervous System Nourishment

Join us at the Happy & Healthy Wellness Studio this winter for Nervous System Nourishment with Nicole Bingaman.

This deliberate slow flow and guided meditation will invite you to find ease, grounding, and nourishment with a focus on our nervous system. Nicole will guide you to step into the cozy, warm spaces of our bodies, on our mats while bringing awareness to the practice of the pause.

Whether you need to reclaim some calm, crave space for your inner peace to be held, or simply feel curious, you are welcome to join us.

Space is limited and advanced registration is required. This class can be booked using any of our class passes or a $15 drop in fee.
