About the event

Place flags on Veterans' graves
This came to me from a honor flight email

We were contacted by Elaine Damo to see if we could help place flags on Veterans' graves at Resurrection Cemetery on Memorial Day Weekend. Elaine’s husband Chris was a part of Honor Flight Columbus as a volunteer and passed away in April 2015. This flag event was a tradition that Chris started many years ago.

Elaine needs over 100 volunteers to make it happen. Honor Flight Columbus is one of several organizations helping to staff the volunteers.
