On Sunday 17th August, we'll be leaving promptly at 11am from the cycle parking outside the Costa café at Tesco's superstore in Lewes, BN7 2BY.
We'll cycle to a traditional pub, the Laughing Fish in Isfield for lunch. It's at Station Road, Isfield, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 5XB.
Please let the ride leader know if you are going to eat at the pub. See 'Contact details' to email him at the link below:

If you prefer, bring your own lunch and find a spot nearby to eat.
We will then head back to Lewes, where the ride will end. This will be a gentle ride of about 20 miles.
Make your own way home from Lewes e.g. by train (if they're running) or via the Lewes-Brighton cycle path Regional Route 90.
If you plan to come on any of our rides, please make sure your cycle is in a roadworthy condition. Bring a puncture repair kit, spare inner tube (or as appropriate for tubeless tyres), essential tools, a mobile phone if you have one, snacks and enough to drink, sunscreen/waterproofs/warm clothing as appropriate. Please follow Cycling UK guidance, and check with the ride leader about the distance and hilliness of the ride if you are unsure. See contact details below. Please be prepared to give contact phone numbers at the start of a ride (e.g. your own and a family member/friend) and give them to the ride leader. Let the ride leader know if you have a medical condition that might affect your ride.
