Spring Yin & Tonic

Come and join me in Letchworth, Hertfordshire for 90 minutes of releasing and softening into poses as we discover the delights and benefits of Yin Yoga followed by warming herbal tea, botanical tonic waters and yummy plant-based snacks.

Take this time for you and add to your own Self Care Tool Kit by stretching and feeling deeper into your poses as we hold them for 2-4 minutes. All of the poses will be floor-based. The practice will have a Spring flavour as we head into lighter evenings and warmer days and acknowledge the changing seasons and balance of light and dark, sun and moon at this time of year. Parking is free on Sunday.
