Mix ability small group Mat Pilates

Hi my name is Sarah, I will be running a mix ability small group Pilates class starting on the 5th June at 6.30pm at Mrs Elizabeth Howard Memorial Hall, Norton Way South, Letchworth Garden City SG6 1NX.
Spaces are limited so please book in advance.
The first class will focus on the set up and alignment of the body before moving on to the mobility and main phase exercises, so please arrive a few minutes early to ensure we start on time.
First class £9, £12 per class there on after.
Block bookings of 10 classes available at £11 per class to be used over 3 month.
