Sound Bath with George Pendred

A sound bath uses sound and music to literally bathe your senses in a sea of calm and serenity. You will enter a state of deep relaxation and meditation – which can reduce stress and anxiety, help with pain management and support the immune system.

Using instruments which include Himalayan and Crystal bowls, chimes, flute and drum, the session offers a wonderful opportunity to reset your nervous system at the start of a weekend.

George Pendred, a musician and experienced teacher of both Yoga and Meditation, has a degree in music and a rich background in classical music. He has a wide knowledge of music from other cultures and is an award-winning performer on the Native American Style Flute. He has a qualification from the College of Sound Healing
