How to Prepare:
Bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillow (or a reclining chair), and water. Dress in warm layers—the hall is heated, but cozy = deeper relaxation!

Gentle Note:
Not suitable for those in early/late pregnancy, with pacemakers, sound-sensitive conditions (e.g., Ménière’s), or epilepsy.
