Give your child a Spring Break experience that builds confidence, focus, and strength- from the inside and out.
This 5-day Youth Yoga Week blends structured movement, athletic training, and mindset development in a fun, engaging environment.
Each 90-minute session is thoughtfully designed to help students develop discipline, body awareness, emotional regulation, and leadership skills.
Daily themes include:
• Monday – Foundation & Focus
• Tuesday – Strength & Stability
• Wednesday – Mobility & Control
• Thursday – Performance & Confidence
• Friday – Integration & Growth
This is a powerful opportunity for kids to get out of the house, move their bodies, build healthy habits, and connect with peers in a positive setting!
And parents ... this is drop-off! Enjoy a couple of hours to run errands, relax, work out, grab coffee, or simply take time for yourself while your child is in a focused, high-quality program.
