Sound Healing + Meditation Journey

Join us for a 90-minute sound healing and guided meditation experience.

Led by our Y6 Instructor, Travis, this immersive event uses therapeutic sound bowls and gentle guidance to calm the mind, support the body’s natural healing, and uplift the spirit. Participants will be guided through a meditative journey supported by soothing, vibrational sound.
