Yoga Nidra Evening, A Journey Into Rest

An Evening of Deep Rest: Do good for yourself and others while resting, May 9th, 6.30pm - 8pm, Bali Garden, $30

This time next week we will be preparing to rest and unwind, tend to our own needs while supporting others, come join us!

A donation from the evening will go to Kiva, helping fund small business owners — especially women and those in communities affected by conflict and environmental challenges — to grow their own businesses and create change in their communities www.kiva.org.
