Looking for a weeknight reason to celebrate celluloid? Join us at The Mahoning Drive-In Theater for Thursday Thread-Up! From grindhouse to arthouse, cult classics to deep cuts, we present a series of single-feature 35mm screenings several Thursday nights a month, to get you ready for the weekend!

When an experimental military robot is hit by lightning and becomes self-aware, it’s a race against time to escape the government agents looking to reclaim and reprogram him, in this all-ages 80s comedy favorite, with a hit theme song by El Debarge that you’ll definitely be humming on the drive home!
Starring Ally Sheedy, Steve Guttenberg, Fisher Stevens, and Austin Pendeleton, and directed by John Badham (WAR GAMES, SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER, BLUE THUNDER).
Gates open at 6pm, showtime at sundown.
