Tower of Song - Stars In Their Eyes

Welcome to TOWER OF SONG, the songwriters’ night with a different monthly theme and musical style or other challenge to get your creative juices flowing. You don't have to stick to the theme, but please note our NO COVERS policy...all a cunning plan to encourage your songwriting!

This month (the last of the monthly nights before our summer break), we invite you to perform a song you've written on the theme of STARS / ASTRONOMY which incorporates AMBIENT SOUNDS, i.e. background sounds such as birds chirping, traffic noise, wind blowing, etc.

You can take inspiration from any or none of the above - off-theme original songs are also welcome.

Doors are at 8.00pm and you can sign up for a slot until performances start at 8.30pm.

Entry is free and PA and sound engineer are provided, so just bring your own instruments and amplification (and microphone if you'd prefer to use your own) if required.

We want to keep the space as safe as possible, so please avoid attending if you have (or suspect you might have) COVID-19 or anything else of a nasty and contagious nature.
