The Undoing - A Workshop for Overwhelm

Restorative sessions can be very challenging for people with very active minds and people who are neurodivergent - consideration is given to this and you will be given the option to either zone out or follow a guided visualisation. If you prefer to listen to your own music/visualisation for the final section, a 20 minute group energy healing you are welcome to bring your own headphones.


You can expect:
* An opening gentle floor based flow
* A yin yoga sequence
* Grounding and relaxing energy healing


Perfect for:
* People who can move around a mat and be supported on the floor in yin postures
* No experience necessary



About Ella:
Ella is a very experienced holistic therapist, energy healer and yoga teacher who has a specialism in accessibility. All her sessions are designed with adhd/autism, mental health and different bodies in mind.
