'Summer Rocks' Summer School with Pop N Rock & LS18 Rocks

'Summer Rocks' runs 21st - 25th July 2025 at the LS18 Rocks Studio Space on Town St. in Horsforth (accessed by the door next to Morrison's car park entrance.) With a gig for participants on the Friday at 5:00 pm at The Old King's Arms Pub just down the road. The cost is £180 inc. VAT which includes the gig. Kids will learn songwriting, write a song, record it and also learn songs in their bands to perform at the gig, as well as making friends and having loads of fun!
The sessions will run 1:00 - 4:00 pm 8-11 year olds and 4:30 - 7:30 pm 12-16 year olds.
We're looking for kids who can sing or play drums, bass, guitar or keyboards. The sessions are led by Georgia Jakubiak (Vocal Specialist) Harvey Tavener (pro Musician) with Jonnie Kahn (owner of LS18 Rocks) on technical duties.
