Soundbath - An Introduction

This is for you!Join us for a deeply relaxing Intro Sound Bath with Emily at Love Yoga Leeds – the perfect chance to experience the magic of sound healing at a very special introductory rate of just £10.Emily will be teaching monthly sound baths at the studio, so why not come along, unwind, and see what it’s all about?Love Yoga immersive sound baths — a deeply restful experience where you’ll be held by the healing vibrations of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls.Emily lovingly describes sound baths as "meditation without the meditation" — where you’re gently guided into a state of deep rest and spaciousness, with nothing to do, no effort to make, and nowhere to be.As the soothing frequencies move through your body, they begin to soften the nervous system, release stagnant energy, and support healing on both a cellular and energetic level.Each session unfolds uniquely. You might feel a wave of emotional release, a lightness where there was once tension, a better night’s sleep, or simply a sense of coming home to yourself.All you need to do is arrive as you are. Lie back, breathe deeply, and let the sounds wash over you — gently returning you to stillness, softness, and presence.

This ceremony involves sound healing and the use of ceremonial cacao. While generally safe and nourishing, there are certain conditions where extra care is required.

Cacao and sound healing are not recommended for individuals who:

• Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
• Have high blood pressure
• Are taking anti-psychotic medications
• Have a history of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
• Have a pacemaker
• Have metal implants or artificial joints
• Have a history of epilepsy
• Have experienced a stroke
