Lourdes invites you to enter sacred space and sacred time — a pause from the busyness of life and the overactivity of the mind.

Together, we tune in and reconnect with that inner quiet space. Held by the grounding medicine of cacao and the magical frequencies of sound, we journey home to ourselves — remembering who we truly are beneath the noise. We align with our soul’s purpose and come back to the ease, love, peace, and joy that live within us.

This ceremony is for anyone feeling disconnected, depleted, or simply called to realign with their true path. It’s for those seeking a sacred pause — a moment to reflect, connect to the heart, and explore the deeper callings of the soul. Especially supportive for those navigating long-term emotional, mental, or physical challenges, this session offers a space of compassion and possibility.

We begin with a grounding meditation to settle the body and soften the mind. The journey may take you through memories, insights, the release of old patterns, or deep emotional healing — all is welcome.

Though shared in community, this is a deeply personal inner journey. We hold each other with care, and allow ourselves to be held in return.

You’ll also be invited — never required — to explore your voice as a tool for healing, through gentle hums and chants that awaken the vibration of truth within.

This ceremony involves sound healing and the use of ceremonial cacao. While generally safe and nourishing, there are certain conditions where extra care is required.

Cacao and sound healing are not recommended for individuals who:

• Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
• Have high blood pressure
• Are taking anti-psychotic medications
• Have a history of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
• Have a pacemaker
• Have metal implants or artificial joints
• Have a history of epilepsy
• Have experienced a stroke
