Pram & Pregnancy Walk at Temple Newsam

Come and join us for a pram and pregnancy walk at Temple Newsam with a midwife!

Our next walk is at 12:30pm on Monday 19th May.

The meeting place is outside Temple Newsam House.

Meet and chat to a midwife, other pregnant women and enjoy movement in fresh air with us. Children and dogs are very welcome to join the walk.

Moving your body moderately for even just 20 minutes a day can help reduce your risks of developing unwanted pregnancy complications and help boost mood and manage weight gain.

Make time for yourself and your baby and start Spring with great habits!
