Poetry in the Abbey: Walking in Turner's Footsteps

In the 250th year since JMW Turner’s birth, join poet Clare Wigzell in walking through the abbey and park, looking in a mindful way, and hearing a few poems to help us to appreciate colour and light like Turner did when he painted the Abbey. Please dress weather appropriately.

Part of the 2025 Mindfulness Festival which also takes place at Abbey House Museum.

We will meet outside the Visitor Centre at Kirkstall Abbey.
