Welcome to our fortnightly Sunday afternoon ecstatic dance. We start with an opening circle and cacao ceremony followed by free-from intuitive dance.
💖 CACAO CEREMONY
We start with a short Cacao ceremony, a truly heart opening experience. Cacao is the raw, pure form of chocolate, made from the fruit of the cacao tree.
💖 ECSTATIC DANCE
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form and conscious dance movement, held in a safe and sacred space. Dancing is movement medicine to heal the body plus it's also fun.
This journey is led by a live DJ set using different styles of music. The music always invites you to sink into your body and find your unique expression of movement. No DJ set is the same.
We start and end the dance in a circle together.
To create a sacred space on the dancefloor we have the following guidelines:
We dance as we are, without distractions.
We leave phones and conversation off the dancefloor.
We move connected to the ground with our bare feet (or in socks).
We respect ourselves and each other

£15 Early bird / £18 Standard ticket
£5 Children under 16
We encourage people to buy tickets in advance.
There is an option to buy tickets on the door for £18 Ecstatic dance without cacao (cash or card)
There is water and tea available
💖 HOW TO JOIN
Order your ticket online
Dress in comfortable clothes, so you are able to move and also be warm enough, layers recommended.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated
Please arrive on time in time for the opening, after this we close the doors to keep the dancefloor energy sacred during the dance.

1.30 pm Arriving in the space
1.45 pm Opening circle & serving cacao
2.15 pm Ecstatic dance
4 pm Ending with Closing circle
4.30 pm leaving the space

Car parking is available next to the building.
The dance space is on the ground floor, wheelchair accessible.
In this building disabled facilities and nappy changing facilities.
REFUND POLICY
We don't offer any refunds, but we can transfer your ticket to a future date if you notify us up to 48 hours before the event.
