Duo Compass (EST/UK) live in Open Source Arts, Leeds

Duo Compass is coming all the way from Estonia to play for You in Leeds!

Karoliine-Lisette Kõiv (fiddle and vocals) and Stuart Ironside (guitar and vocals) are a folk duo from Estonia and the U.K., finding links between the Nordic-Baltic region and the British Isles through their tunes and songs. With both of them having feet in multiple musical worlds, they bring music from the Nordic, Baltic and British nations together with grooves from jazz and African music in a cultural melting pot that will inspire. The dance tunes are groovy and the songs will break your heart, but you will be amazed at the sounds these two can create.
