Come along and meet other parents of children and young people with SEND, enjoy a cuppa and share your views with us regarding your child's education, health and social care needs and the support they receive.
We will also have members from CHAD and the Early Help and Commissioning Team present who would love to hear about your experiences.
They are reviewing RADAR which is the Resource Allocation Decision and Review Panel who make decisions regarding short breaks and they would like to hear about what has worked and not worked for families in the past.
