Welcome to Mindfulness & Somatics - A Body & Mind Wellbeing Workshop for LGBTQ+ Women! (Including Trans Women)

Join us at Pride Place for some of self-care and connection. This workshop is designed to help you cultivate mindfulness and body awareness in a supportive environment. Learn techniques to enhance your overall well-being and tap into your inner strength. Connect with like-minded individuals and explore practices to nurture your body and mind.
Don't miss this opportunity to prioritize your wellness and embrace your authentic self.
Refreshments and snacks (biscuits, cake and healthy energy balls) will be provided.

You'll also get a WORKBOOK with tools, practices and other resources for you to take home to support you beyond the workshop.
