Want to move more freely, more consciously, more joyfully? This evening workshop with accredited 5Rhythms® teacher Ben Deutsch will be a space to re-connect with our bodies and to offer ourselves the freedom we crave. Using some simple exercises, well chosen music, intuition, and a dash of humour, Ben will hold space for the group to move individually and together.
Through movement, we will explore qualities of fluidity, clarity, surrender, ease and presence.
No dance experience required. All life experiences welcomed.
Please bring comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and your curiosity.
